Fudge Factory Kilwins Makes Its D.C. Debut in Navy Yard - Eater DC
"Kilwins, the nostalgia-inducing ice cream shop and candy store chain largely sprinkled along the East Coast, unveiled its first D.C. store on Monday, June 28.
