"I learned that Albanian eatery Çka Ka Qëllu is launching in Stamford, Connecticut, in late August with the same menu that made its Murray Hill and Arthur Avenue locations notable—most prominently the critically-acclaimed Skanderbeg steak and the fluffy, fresh-out-the-oven somun bread—and that the 4,000-square-foot venue will house a restaurant and a wedding hall and even feature “two castles built inside the building,” with owner Ramiz Kukaj importing 13-foot doors and other artifacts from Gjakova and Tirana." - Luke Fortney
