"If feeling adventurous (and wearing the right shoes), start a night at Mírate, and leave the car to either take the shuttle or walk up to the theater on Vermont Avenue. The stacked parking presents challenges when the Greek Theater lights indicate the show is over. Mírate is open mostly late, so pre- or post-concert meals with excellent cocktails by Max Reis are possible. Chef Alan Sanz came on board in March 2025 with some new additions including kanpachi aguachile negro, Yucatán-style cochinita pibil, and a salsa macha and honey-roasted rainbow carrots.
