"Named for Benjamin “Bugsy” Siegel and Meyer Lansky, this vintage steakhouse embraces a bygone Las Vegas vibe with a speakeasy facade disguised as a bakery — diners even walk through the bakery, the kitchen, and the dry-aging room before entering the restaurant — and features private dining rooms, a separate raw bar, and a dry-aged meat cooler in the main dining room. The restaurant opened in July 2020 in the former Center Cut Steakhouse space during the pandemic; Studio K Creative and designer Jonathan Adler shaped the look (Adler built a custom beaded flamingo artwork that took 100 hours, selected by She Hit Pause), and Lamar Moore, who won Food Network’s Vegas Chef Prizefight, was hired as head chef before leaving in November 2020." - Susan Stapleton
