The DOH confirmed the restaurant had a 'C' and was due for reinspection 'this month,' Gallaghers swapped the false 'A' back to a 'C,' but according to the DOH website they were still waiting for reinspection four months later — and if Gallaghers fails to continue exhibiting its 'C' it could be fined up to $1,000." - Andrea Strong
