"Chefs Alex Reznik and Matt Meyer opened barbecue spot SMKD, an anagram for Smoked Meats and Killer Drinks, on November 12 in Henderson. The menu features sliced brisket, chopped pork, pastrami by the pound, slabs of St. Louis-style ribs smothered in sauce, citrus-glazed mojo chicken, and combo plates.
