"Opened at the Arizona Biltmore following its late 2021 renovation, The Spire Bar has become one of the Valley’s best-loved outdoor drinkeries. Even better? It’s steps away from the historic property’s seven pools, including one with a 65-foot-tall water slide. Grab a seat with a small tabletop fire pit, sip a draft margarita or Old Fashioned, and watch as the sunlight strikes the 30-foot spire rising from the barback, changing color as the day fades.
