"After a fire that was contained to the smokehouse on Friday night, this Cobb County barbecue restaurant will reopen Wednesday, April 18 at 11 a.m. Owners and chefs Cody Taylor and Jiyeon Lee spent several days cleaning up and have rolled out an abbreviated, fixed menu called "Up in Smoke" while they rebuild the outbuilding and await two new smokers arriving from Texas. The temporary offering features a rotating daily-specials board with items like brisket or kalbi beef rib tacos and gochujang ribs, and the restaurant will remain open each day until the food runs out. Taylor and Lee said they have been overwhelmed by support from customers and fellow barbecue professionals and look forward to serving guests again." - Beth McKibben
