Beverage director Michael Choi plans to offer his interpretation of classics like the Rye Tai, which substitutes rye whiskey for traditional rum, and charcoal-infused Black Hole Sun (Soundgarden fans may appreciate that one) with mezcal, tequila, and roasted grapefruit syrup.
