Kettner Coffee Supply is Headed for East Nashville With Soft Serve Ice Cream | Eater Nashville

"I'm excited about a whimsical, "not-so-serious" coffee shop called Kettner Coffee Supply opening in early 2019; located in The Eastland Building at 1035 W. Eastland Avenue, Suite 1045, it's named after owner Hannah Schneider's favorite street in her hometown of San Diego. Schneider, a PR professional and hospitality-industry veteran who runs Hannah Schneider Creative and was previously involved with Salt & Vine, says the shop won't take itself too seriously—a carefree, childlike, nostalgic vibe woven through the space and branding. Kettner will pour high-end Nicaraguan coffee, serve a limited food menu available to grab on the go or sit awhile and enjoy, and will feature a soft-serve ice cream machine dispensing fun, rotating flavors. Schneider says her goal is to continue serving the East Nashville neighborhood she has grown to love alongside three other women-owned businesses in the building: Darling Salon & Blowout Bar, The Bookshop, and Peninsula." - Delia Jo Ramsey
