"At Slows Bar BQ's side bar area I note a new hot dog pop-up called Side Piece, developed by chef Ryan Esker, offering five different styles of hot dogs and sausages at $5 each; menu highlights include the Dog Will Rise Again with hot chow chow, braised greens, and fried onions and Jeff Goldblum’s Jurassic Park Laugh with pastrami, kraut, Swiss cheese, and hot brown mustard.
