"The longtime chef and owner of former French Quarter favorite Cafe Giovanni, Duke LoCicero, opened his new restaurant and bar in Metairie this week. Dab’s Bistro brings LoCicero’s Southern Italian and Louisiana flavors to the neighborhood two years after closing his 26-year old Decatur Street fixture.
