White Center’s Brass Knuckle Bistro Closes at the End of April - Eater Seattle
"White Center’s well-regarded sandwich shop, Brass Knuckle Bistro, is set to close after service on April 27. Owner Case Justham cited personal reasons in a Facebook post announcing the decision. A new restaurateur — whom Justham calls “an iconic local owner” — will take over, opening a new restaurant in the space soon after Justham vacates. Brass Knuckle Bistro will keep regular hours until the 27th, though menu items might run low as things wind down. Brass Knuckle Bistro opened in 2018 and carved out a name for itself with its from-scratch cooking and exceptional collection of sandwiches.
