"There are other barbecue restaurants on Chicago’s South Side that have been doing it for longer, but there’s a certain energy from Sanders BBQ Supply Co. in Beverly that separates it from other smoked meat specialists. The ribs might be the best in the city, and there’s moist brisket and great side dishes. The beef ribs are a Saturday-only item, so come hungry.
