"The Hewing Hotel restaurant is offering a Nordic-inspired brunch buffet with stations featuring smoked salmon and gravlax, eggs, salads, cured and smoked meats, Swedish meatballs, and desserts. Create a custom cup of cocoa at the hot chocolate bar, with a la carte beverages also available.
