"Arriving at the newly-revamped Statler Hotel in Downtown Dallas, Scout debuts on Thursday, February 22 as a sprawling restaurant and gaming destination occupying a 12,000 space inside the hotel. Overseen by Chef Graham Dodds, formerly of Hibiscus and Wayward Sons, the spot brings an upscale sports-bar vibe with its own bowling lanes, ping-pong, foosball, and billiards tables. The food menu focuses on American favorites—from buckets of fried chicken to fajitas and burgers—meant to pair with the bar’s selection of games, while craft beer is a significant focus with an extensive list highlighting local breweries and standouts from other cities. Barman Kyle Hilla will oversee updated cocktails like the Hummingbird and large-format cocktails such as punch bowls. The restaurant’s hours are 4 p.m. to midnight Monday through Thursday, 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. on Friday, 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. on Saturday, and 11 a.m. to midnight on Sunday." - Amy McCarthy
