"A new Indian restaurant called Zaika is planning to take over the space on Pike Street, and will open in early September. Owner Nitin Panchal plans twists to classic Indian dishes, which may include kale chaat, lobster masala, and Brussels sprouts dishes. There will be a separate vegan menu and an extensive list of cocktails with Indian flavors. The website lists three dishes: barwhan paneer tikka, murgh adrak tikka, and hariyali chicken kebab. Zaika aims for a modern, industrial interior and a strong happy hour." - Gabe Guarente
