"The Pearl Hotel has revamped its in-house restaurant and bar, renaming it Charles + Dinorah in homage to the original owners of the property. The restaurant now features a new culinary directive under executive chef Andrew Santana, with a seasonal menu that includes dishes like ceviche with mango pearls, whole fish with torpedo onion, and curry fried Jidori chicken. The Pearl’s brunch has also been renewed, offering trendy toast options and a variety of brunch dishes.
