"St. James is offering fab Mardi Gras platters overflowing with cheesy goodness during Carnival. Order at least 24 hours in advance for a mix of cheeses, including a special Alp Blossom Carnival edition. The Gruyere-esque cheese is coated in herbs and flowers including cornflower, lavender, marjoram, lovage, and chervil. Accoutrements include purple and green grapes, nuts, cinnamon knots, jams and other goodies. The large feeds 20 people for $175; half feeds 10 for $85." - Clair Lorell, Beth D'Addono
