Jason trained under three-time UK national barista champion, Maxwell Colonna-Dashwood at his award-winning shop, Colonna & Small’s in Bath, UK, and has won numerous barista awards himself. The couple brought their passion and knowledge of coffee from the UK to Burlington in 2016 when they opened Onyx.
