"A Traverse City–based craft brewery is set to be bought by a Royal Oak peer in a deal expected within about three months. The acquisition would open distribution beyond Michigan for the smaller brewery and includes plans to serve both brands at each company's taprooms, with possible collaborative brews down the line.
