Pure Project Taps First North County Tasting Room - Eater San Diego
"Miramar’s Pure Project Brewing, which branched out with a tasting room in Bankers Hill this summer, will soon give its North County fans a beer hub of their own. Carlsbad city council has given the green light to a new project that will land on State Street in the heart of Carlsbad Village just behind the bustling location of Handel’s Ice Cream. Due in late spring, the 2,000-square-foot space will not only house a tasting room but it will also include a small on-site brewing component where head brewer Winslow Sawyer is expected to make special small batches just for the North County satellite." - Candice Woo
