There are eleven first courses including a lobster bisque, oysters, and crispy avocado wedges. Following are seven entrees (including three for vegans and vegetarians) such as the steak and egg stuffed avocado, the Redlander waffle burger, and the vegan fiesta plate with ‘chicken,’ black beans and coconut rice plus guacamole.
