"Closed in 2021, this Main Street cafe is set to reopen in the fall under new owner Noemi Chiriac, a longtime customer who bought the spot to preserve it for her mother and to keep it operating as a cafe. Chiriac has recruited chef April Barney-Pouncy (formerly at Knife Plano), plans to keep the menu essentially the same, and intends to add a liquor license and expanded offerings to draw downtown workers for happy hour; the previous owner, Michael Vouras, selected her to ensure the cafe’s continuity." - Courtney E.
