"Toro’s interior has been recently renovated and its menu reimagined. Chef Richard Sandoval’s restaurant at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Resort now caters to a variety of tastes with Latin diasporic dishes informed by Japanese and Chinese ingredients and approaches.
