"Knockout brunch destination Snooze will officially open its third area outpost in Fort Worth next month. The newest location will debut at 2150 West 7th Street within a 4,000 square foot space. The two-story locale at the corner of West 7th and Harold Streets is the first double-decker restaurant for the brand. Interiors feature tall ceilings and mural art of the Fort Worth Stockyards by local artist Noah Baker. Snooze has drawn long lines and hour-plus waits at its other locations in Addison and Dallas for its fluffy gluten-free pancake flights, multiple variations of eggs benedict, plus healthier fare found on the menu’s “Like a Feather” section. Delectable options include a sweet potato hash, avocado toast with onion jam, plus a delicious frittata with asparagus mushroom, zucchini, arugula, and cherry tomatoes. Snooze promises to use only responsibly sourced ingredients in its breakfast creations. Boozy brunch cocktails and riffs on traditional mimosas join a line up of local craft beers and Snooze’s own sparkling wine on tap created by co-founder Jon Schlegel. According to a press release, the kegged sparkling wine cuts the typical carbon footprint created by bottles, labels, corks, and packaging by 96 percent — keeping 130,000 hypothetical bottles of wine from reaching the landfill. Snooze will officially open in Fort Worth on October 24 and will operate 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily." - Alaena Hostetter
