"I appreciate MozzLab’s fresh mozzarella in Carroll Gardens, but their mozzarella bagel is a misfire: the cheese pressed into an innertube shape developed the texture of a 10‑day‑old bagel — hard and difficult to chew — destroying what makes mozzarella great; the grilled vegetables inside were tasty, so I pulled them out and threw the “bagel” away." - Robert Sietsema
