Beloved Late-Night Deli Katz’s Debuts in the Heights - Eater Houston

"Vietnamese grill Roostar will open a sister restaurant next to its Spring Branch location that will focus exclusively on delivery and catering. The restaurant’s owners launched a funding campaign for Roostar Factory last week and have already met their goal of $150,000.
