"Opening with a soft launch on May 29 in the Oak Lawn area, this brand-new restaurant from cousins Tuoc Nguyen and Alexis Huynh focuses on Korean-style ramen, dumplings, and comfort-food fare. Brothy noodle bowls are central to the menu — from classic tonkotsu and shoyu to a spicy seafood ramen featuring fish cake, squid, shrimp, and fried shallot — alongside jajangmyeon (black bean noodles), spicy bibimbap with a choice of chicken, pork, or beef, and a Korean burger topped with kimchi and a fried egg. The shop will keep late hours (until 10 p.m. on weekends and midnight on Friday and Saturday) and is offering a 15% discount for the grand-opening weekend." - Brittanie Shey
