"A casino managed by a Las Vegas casino company that was closed in March when nonessential businesses were ordered to shut to prevent the spread of COVID-19; most employees were furloughed in April, leaders and remaining staff took pay reductions, and the employer issued WARN Act letters in May before instituting roughly 25% workforce layoffs while promising financial assistance to laid-off workers.
