"After Stella’s Pizza closed and rebranded, the new Spring Valley outpost occupies a 1,589-square-foot space in the Rainbow Pavilion retail center near Patrick Lane and Rainbow Boulevard, replacing the former home of Jaburritos. Named for operator Christina Martin’s great-grandfather, Geno Manizza, the shop offers indoor seating and a team-member lending library—two bookcases filled with inspirational and business-skills guides to inspire its young staff. The menu centers on an in-house, eight-spice pizza sauce, daily-prepared dough, whole-milk mozzarella imported from Utah, and locally sourced vegetables; pizza choices include chicken ranch, Caprese, the five-cheese Blonde Bombshell, and the pepperoni-and-sausage Stella’s Supreme, with calzones, chicken wings or fingers, garlic knots, cinnamon bites, and a jumbo cannoli also available. It is open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.; phone 702-675-8850." - Bradley Martin
