In-N-Out Has Filed Plans to Open Its First Location in Portland, Oregon | Eater Portland

"Ryan Carpenter, the owner of the Moberi smoothie chain, has bought the Whole Bowl from founder Tali Ovadia. The Whole Bowl currently has seven locations — and soon will have eight — built on the strength of its rice bowl.
