Bobby Flay’s Shark opens April 1 | Eater Vegas

"Opening April 1, Bobby Flay’s first new restaurant in five years is an ode to all things seafood: Shark debuts at the Palms with a focus on fish, sushi, ceviche, and raw-bar dishes that incorporate ingredients from South America, Mexico, and the Mediterranean.
