"China Max is set to reopen by August 2024, featuring made-to-order dim sum from morning through dinner service and an elevated menu of Chinese cuisine. The original owner, Cindy Woo, sold the business to a group that also owns Taste of Hong Kong. The new team, including Shuai Liu, Yingkang Lu, and Yukun Sun, is excited to bring back the beloved restaurant with a multi-million dollar remodel, featuring a main dining room and an upstairs area for large events.
