"Full Belly Bakery, owned by Eva Allen, will open its first permanent space in the Montclair neighborhood of Oakland in fall 2023. Known for decadent desserts and cake jars, the bakery will serve bread pudding bites and innovative cakes like raspberry red velvet and caramel pecan carrot cake. The bakery also partners with East Oakland Collective’s Feed the Hood program to donate treats.
