A Factory Kitchen Vet Adds Handmade Pasta to the El Segundo Conversation - Eater LA
"Workshop is a soon-to-open Italian spot with a serious culinary pedigree. The chef behind the project is Jackson Kalb, a former chef de cuisine at Factory Kitchen. Kalb has experience working at places like Joel Robuchon in Las Vegas, Alinea, and Union Square Cafe. At Workshop, the plan is to offer handmade pastas, backed by greens, stuffed Ligurian-style focaccia, and more, in a 900 square feet space. It will have daily lunch and dinner hours from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. or later. Expected opening is in the first week of June." - Farley Elliott
