"Say what you will about chains, this Century City outpost still serves some of Los Angeles’s best hot pot and is an ideal rainy-weekend hideout. Tucked on the second floor of Westfield Century City, it offers boiling vats of broth, meat-carrying robots, and a full bar; I can pick up to four broths, but my favorite is the spicy pork laced with chiles. I enter thinly sliced meat, sturdy Napa cabbage, and enoki mushrooms on the provided iPad and wait for the broth to reach a rolling boil before cooking, and yes, ordering the famous dancing noodles draws a little extra attention to the table — it’s worth it every time." - Eater Staff
