"I noticed a wood-fired bagel pop-up from Woodstock’s The Mud Club taking over the kitchen at the original Scarr’s Pizza on Orchard Street through the end of February. They’re selling plain, poppy, and everything bagels for $3 each, with cream cheeses paired with smoked fish or scallion costing a few dollars more; bagel sandwiches range from $12 for a bacon, egg, and cheese to $20 for a bagel with brisket, pickles, and hot mustard.
