"After closing up shop at Plano’s Legacy Hall in the spring, chef Uno Immanivong is just about ready to open Red Stix’s new incarnation at 6501 Hillcrest Avenue in University Park. The Asian street food restaurant’s Facebook page reads: 'We’re getting close to opening day! Right now we’re thinking it’ll be the first week of October, but stay tuned!'
