"While Koreatown has plenty of options for great fried chicken, including at Pelicana and BHC, Rice Chicken is one of the few that has gluten-free options. Stationed in a strip mall of eighth, this restaurant uses a rice batter to coat its chicken, resulting in an exterior that’s crispy and light after frying. There are only a handful of seats inside, and parking in the lot can be tricky at times, but luckily, the chicken here holds up well to travel.
