"A new Crestview ghost-kitchen concept focusing on chicken salad that opened over the summer. The menu centers on the namesake chicken salad and also includes sandwiches, wraps, big cookies, and sides. Co-owners Ivan and Molly Mills, who also run local catering company Vanilla Orchid, operate the business; Molly previously worked as a chef at Hudson’s on the Bend. The partners originally planned a brick-and-mortar but pivoted to a pickup-and-takeout model because of the coronavirus pandemic.
