The Olympia Provisions Team Is Opening an Amari-Soaked Italian Restaurant at the Hotel Grand Stark | Eater Portland

"Just off the hotel's lobby, this sibling bar will offset Grand Amari with a casual 1970s Milan party vibe and will carry the torch of a pizza dough recipe developed at Castagna. Amari will be categorized by region for drinkers to explore the digestif, available neat and in several cocktails, and Hereth will also suggest amari pairings with mains. Pizza will form the backbone of the menu with twelve-inch Neapolitan pies fired in an imported Italian dome deck oven and served alongside spritzes or sent upstairs as room service; the bar will also offer antipasti like fritto misto, arancini, and charcuterie with grilled focaccia.
