Finsilver began popping up in spaces around the Detroit area with a spicy mortadella sandwich — made with crunchy semolina batards and filled with thinly sliced mortadella, a fiery bomba calabrese spread, and chopped iceberg lettuce salad in a preserved lemon buttermilk dressing.
