"Bruster’s Real Ice Cream is set to start construction on its first Las Vegas location in Spring Valley nearly 19 months after announcing expansion plans. The Spring Valley drive-thru will be built on a vacant plot at the intersection of Durango Drive and Edna Avenue. The 1,900-square-foot restaurant will feature a 630-square-foot indoor seating area, space for sundae preparation, and a large kitchen for producing in-house cakes, pies, and waffle cones. The menu includes freezes, floats, shakes, and a variety of sundaes and ice cream flavors, such as coffee cake streusel and Death by Chocolate.
