"I love a good turkey sandwich on nice bread with everything — mustard (hold the mayo), onions, lettuce, tomato, the kitchen sink, gimme whatever you’ve got. I stopped by the PoBoy Shop to try theirs (getting the works here is called “shop style,” which I highly recommend), and although I also ordered a fried shrimp po’ boy, this turkey hoagie (sorry, I cannot call this a po’ boy because it is not) was my favorite.
