In fact, the sushi from Shokunin might be the best draw of the entire market, with a semi-hidden sushi counter with reasonably-priced chirashi bowls and even a creative omakase menu starting at just $70. While that seems a tad high for the area, compared to omakase counters in Los Angeles, the preparations are just as good for a fraction of the price.
