"Perhaps the Inland Empire’s largest food hall, this sprawling emporium features all manners of Asian cuisine and American dishes, including ramen, Taiwanese, Korean tteokbokki, Italian deli sandwiches, and even sushi. In fact, the sushi from Shokunin might be the best draw of the entire market, with a semi-hidden sushi counter with reasonably-priced chirashi bowls and even a creative omakase menu starting at just $70. While that seems a tad high for the area, compared to omakase counters in Los Angeles, the preparations are just as good for a fraction of the price.
