"Baltimore-born ice cream store The Charmery opens its first D.C. location on Friday, May 24 at the Parks at Walter Reed. The imaginative scoop shop’s sixth outpost joins others in Baltimore, Columbia, and Chevy Chase. Famed flavors like chocolate Oreo-everything Maryland Mud and Old Bay Caramel join a brand-new drop every Friday. The shop will serve 16 flavors at any given time, including two vegan ones (one sorbet and one coconut milk-based). The indoor-outdoor setup is framed with fun art like a concrete gummy bear wall.
