"A new satellite of a Culver City bakery and pizza shop opened at Valley Country Mart in Woodland Hills, offering a slightly smaller but still excellent menu of LA’s Bicycle Coffee, avocado toast, turkey sandwiches, flatbreads and pan pizza by the slice, plus plenty of wild‑fermented, naturally proofed loaves sold by the loaf. The space carries the same minimalist design aesthetic with about eight seats indoors and roughly 20 outdoors, and is open daily from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. All bread is proofed and baked on the premises using high‑quality organic Central Milling flour (Type 85), and the team plans to introduce fuller pizza nights similar to their Culver City spot." - Matthew Kang
