"Three years after closing in the East Village, cocktail bar Elsa was reborn in Cobble Hill. It’s a place for drinks, although a limited menu of snacks including cheese and charcuterie plates are available. Owner Natalka Burian has said she wants the cocktail bar to feel “very feminine,” and as such, the space — co-owned with her husband Jay Schneider — is full of flowers and white marble, and a neon sign depicting a woman hangs out front.
