"Her Fremont flagship Smallwares is described as Ware's heart and the focus of her culinary efforts: she originally developed her reputation with the Beaumont Smallwares, closed that location in 2016, opened the more casual Wares soon after, then seized the opportunity to reopen Smallwares in a new Fremont space.
